Their Wedding Story

Jon & Leah’s wedding day reminded us of the Brady Bunch. These two are blending together both of their loved ones to create one big family together! We love weddings like this, not only is there another parent to love and support you, but new siblings too!

Leah started the day as we imagine she spends a lot of days, with her kiddos getting dressed and ready. There was a lot of running around and preparation since the first part of our day, the ceremony, was happening right in the back yard! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day as the sun was out in full force this summer day. With the help of all the kids Leah was dressed, and with the help of mom & dad all the kids were dressed too. Family and friends started to arrive with gasps of joy and lots of hugs as we settled in to the pre-ceremony gathering.

Soon we all collected under the tent and the ceremony was underway. The girls walked down the aisle as a tear graced Jon’s face, just in time for him to look up and see Leah walking down arm in arm with both her boys. Together they shared words of love and affirmation and confirmed the joining of the families with a sand ceremony, mixing the colors of each member of the family into one big sculpture together.

After some photos with the family and a couple of Jon and Leah, we headed off to Merrill’s on the Waterfront to get this party started! We were very excited to see one of our favorite DJ-photo booth combos in the form of CE Productions. They are a great combo and we always have a great time with them! It wasn’t long into the party before the boys decided to make it rain flower petals on the dance floor. Everyone had a fabulous time laughing and cerebrating the couple.
