We love all the incredible couples that choose us to document their wedding days, but this one had a little something extra to get us excited about. Maddie is not only a stunning bride and talented creative herself, she is also now a member of the PNP team as one of our assistants! Maddie & Becky have been coworkers and friends for years, so when Mike popped the question (we documented that too! coming soon to blog form) Maddie already knew who was going to document her wedding day! Unfortunately beyond this opening message, Becky is not much of a writer, so please take a look at these photos and videos of it instead. There’s so much to think about and plan for a wedding day and sometimes it’s easy to get lost in all the details, so who do you ask for help??? The answer is not as easy as you may hope. Here’s a minimal breakdown of the major difference:
The most major difference between these two is their focus on the wedding day itself. While a coordinator is there to make sure your day. runs smoothly, a planner is there to make sure YOU have the day you dreamed about. Coordinators will recommend some vendors, while the planner will research alongside you. Coordinators make sure dinner happens on time, Planners make sure you are having a great time at dinner. One is a focus on the wedding as a whole, and the other is focused on you feeling supported and that the details are taken care of. No mater what though, they are BOTH there to make sure you have as incredible a wedding day as possible!
