Who says your wedding dress has to be white?! The origins of the white wedding dress date back to 1840 when Queen Victoria married Prince Albert. Being the hottest royal wedding of the Victoria Era, of course everyone wanted to be like them, but who knew that it would be the new standard for all wedding dresses since then! Nowadays we’re returning back to the time when your wedding dress was just the best and most gorgeous gown you could find, no matter what color it is. We’ll be honest though, we are VERY partial to a black wedding gown!
